Our environmental work processes and proposals have evolved into public policies aimed at promoting the care of ecosystems and the natural environment, working with and through organized communities. Clean Air for Morelia with Chicholito© has been running for 13 years, and Planting with Joy with Chicholito, Open Your Heart©, a forest conservation initiative in Michoacán affected by land-use change to intensive avocado monoculture, has been advancing for 10 years, with results: Cupatitzio Declaration 2014 and Planting Joy with Chicholito: Tell Your Environment, in the Las Flores community of Morelia, showcases the work with elementary school children and high school youth.
